3D Printed Custom Impression Tray – 2 Days
CAD/CAM designed 3d printed impression tray. Fabricated for use in final impression techniques.
Add Tooth – Same Day
Replacement or addition of a missing tooth or teeth to a partial or denture.
Reattach Tooth -Same Day
The replacement of an existing tooth or teeth to a partial or denture. The tooth that needs to be replaced must
be sent in with the existing prosthesis.
Laser Weld Wire in Tooth – Same Day
In most instances, when adding or reattaching a tooth or teeth to a metal partial, a 3mm reinforcing wire is
welded in that area so a denture tooth could then be attached with acrylic.
Laser Weld Wrought Wire Clasp to Frame – Same Day
A wrought wire clasp is bent to engage the requested abutment tooth and the welded to the existing metal
framework.
Laser Weld Major Connector – Same Day
A broken major connector on either arch is welded back together with added reinforcement.
Repair Fractured Denture – Same Day
From a hairline crack to a denture in two pieces, a model is made of the intaglio surface and the denture is
put back together using self-cure acrylic and a heated pressure pot. Dentapreg Mesh can be added for extra reinforcement.

Repair Fractured Acrylic Partial – Same Day
From a hairline crack to a partial in two pieces, a model is made of the intaglio surface and the partial is put
back together using self-cure acrylic and a heated pressure pot. Dentapreg Mesh can be added for extra reinforcement.
Wire Clasp Addition to Acrylic Partial – Same Day
A wrought wire clasp in bent to engage the requested abutment tooth and then attached to the partial
using self-cure acrylic and a heated pressure pot.
DMLS Clasp and Laser Weld – Two Days
A DMLS 3D printed clasp is fabricated to the requested abutment tooth then welded to the existing
metal framework. Additional acrylic work may be needed.
Flexible Clasp Addition to Acrylic Partial – One Day
A tooth colored, clear, or pink flexible clasp is fabricated and then attached to the partial using selfcure acrylic and a heated pressure pot.
Reline Denture – Same Day
A model is poured inside the denture and then put in to a processing flask. Then the reline material is
ground out and replaced with new acrylic to help correct an ill-fitting denture.
Reline Acrylic Partial – Same Day
A model is poured inside the partial and then put in to a processing flask. Then the reline material is
ground out and replaced with new acrylic to help correct an ill-fitting partial.
Soft Reline – One Day
A model is poured inside the prosthesis and then put in to a processing flask. Then the reline material
is ground out and replaced with new acrylic and Mollosplast soft liner.
Transfer Acrylic Base – Two Day
A model is poured inside the base of the acrylic prosthesis and then put in a processing flask. Then all
acrylic is ground away just saving the existing denture teeth. All new acrylic is then processed overnight with
Lucitone 19
