Beginning his dentistry career with Oneida Dental Laboratory, Julius transitioned to Lamoree Dental before acquiring his own business with Bud Macham in 1957. In 1968, the company was renamed Utica Dental Lab and flourished under Julius’ son, Robert, who joined the business in 1974. Robert took full ownership in 2000, and his son, Matt, joined in 2003 with a focus on growth and expansion.
In 2013, the lab relocated to 302 Genesee St., establishing a state-of-the-art facility to enforce Utica’s ongoing commitment to quality. Celebrating 66 years of operation in 2020, Utica Dental Lab remains a proud third-generation family-owned business.
